Easy to maintain: Real Tuff Shelving is industrial shelving which is easy to clean, dishwasher proof removable shelves allow you to clean one shelf at one time, without having to take the whole bay of shelves. This saves you enormous time of cleaning progress.

Weight Loading: Real Tuff shelves are rated to 250kgs evenly spaced per tier up to 1200mm long. Sizes 1350mm to 1800mm are rated to 150kg evenly spaced. Shelf clips for Add on or corner units are rated to 150kg up to 1200mm and 100kg for 1350mm to 1800mm long shelves.
Warranty: All components come with a 12 month Structural Warranty against manufacturing defects
SHELVES: Frames are welded 32 mm x 2.5 mm roll formed section fitted with moulded ABS Real Tuff shelves.
Standard Widths: 300, 450, and 600mm. 525mm deep shelves are available. Price is on application. It is non-stock item and non-returnable. Allow production time.
IMPORTANT NOTE REGARDING REAL TUFF SHELVES: Our 300mm deep Real Tuff Shelving is a solid shelf and does not have holes in the shelf as with our 450mm and 600mm deep shelves. Holes are required in bigger shelves for airflow which 300mm deep shelving do not require holes.

Posts: 25 mm x 25 mm x 1.2 mm tube fitted with a bullet foot allowing 32 mm of adjustment. Standard post heights are 1200 mm, 1800 mm or 2000 mm high.
